iConnect

iConnect enables the guest to connect to the hotel’s telephony network using their own smart device. The guests smart device becomes an extension of the hotels PBX.
iConnect is available in 3 flavors:

  • Downloadable Hotel Branded SIP Client App from iTunes or Android Play Store
  • Embedded into the Hotels existing Guest mobile App.
  • Using the Guests existing SIP Client (i.e. Bria, xLite)

Fully integrated with the PMS, the guest has minimal settings to manage, just a simple user name and passcode for validation.
